Refund & Exchange Policy  

1. Eligibility for Returns  

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and have all original tags attached.  

2. Return Process  

  • Customers must contact the Company’s Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization and instructions.  
  • Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.  

3. Refunds  

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.  
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval of the return.  
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to the Company’s error (e.g., defective, wrong product and Any parts of the product is missing).  

4. Exchanges  

  • Exchanges are permitted subject to product availability.  
  • We will make sure that this is exchanged for another product or you will receive a refund if a size exchange cannot be completed because of stock availability. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items  

  • Customers must report any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.
