Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and have all original tags attached.
2. Return Process
Customers must contact the Company’s Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization and instructions.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval of the return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to the Company’s error (e.g., defective, wrong product and Any parts of the product is missing).
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted subject to product availability.
We will make sure that this is exchanged for another product or you will receive a refund if a size exchange cannot be completed because of stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must report any damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.
