Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: Products are eligible for return if the request is submitted within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery date), the item is in its original unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, and the product successfully passes our quality inspection upon receipt.
- Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, odours, perfume, makeup, or any other signs of wear. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Products that do not meet these requirements or fail our quality inspection will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned product has passed our quality inspection.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is approved.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete product received from Lacheeni.
3. Exchanges
- At present, Lacheeni does not offer product exchanges. Customers may return eligible products in accordance with this policy. We may introduce an exchange facility in the future, and any updates will be reflected on our website.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return and refund.
