International orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after the order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods, festive seasons, new collection launches, or periods of exceptionally high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.
3. International Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, international delivery generally takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances beyond Lacheeni's control.
4. International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and applicable shipping service.
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
A Little Something From Us
For orders of ₹15,000 or more, we'd love to take care of your standard international shipping as a little thank-you for shopping with Lacheeni.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country remain the customer's responsibility.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the product price or standard shipping charge unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Any such charges must be paid by the customer.
Lacheeni does not have control over customs procedures, applicable duties, or the amount charged by the destination country's authorities.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the applicable tracking information.
Tracking availability and the frequency of tracking updates may vary depending on the courier and destination country.
7. Customs Delays
Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, international shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections or clearance procedures.
Such delays are outside Lacheeni's control and do not qualify as a shipping failure or delivery guarantee.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the recipient's name, contact number, postal code, and any other information required for delivery.
Lacheeni will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a shipment is returned to Lacheeni due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the shipment, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, any additional shipping or reshipment charges may be borne by the customer.
9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting and packing every Lacheeni order before dispatch.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at support@lacheeni.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product along with your order details so that our team can assess the issue and assist you appropriately.
10. International Returns & Exchanges
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size preference, colour preference, or personal preference.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once the issue has been verified and approved by our team, we will provide the appropriate resolution.
Any approved return or replacement will be subject to Lacheeni's return and quality-assurance procedures.
11. Delivery to Remote Locations
Additional delivery time or charges may apply for certain remote or difficult-to-service destinations.
If additional charges are required after an order has been placed, our team may contact you before dispatch.
12. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products or destinations may be subject to restrictions under international shipping regulations or local laws. Lacheeni reserves the right to cancel or decline an international order where delivery is not legally or operationally possible.
